Angela Qi Han

Angela Qi Han is a highly accomplished and talented pianist, holding a master's degree in music with double majors of piano performance and piano pedagogy. She is a certified piano teacher through the esteemed Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC). Angela Qi Han is the president of Iphil Piano Academy.
Han was introduced to the beauty of music at a young age, growing up in a family of accomplished music educators. She began playing the piano at the age of three and has since received outstanding instruction from renowned teachers including Zhang Qiongna, Professor Tang Zhe of the Shanghai Conservatory, international piano maestro Valery Kuleshov, Professor David Forbat of Central Oklahoma University, and Professor Chindarat Charoenwongse-Shaw of Central Oklahoma University for piano pedagogy. During her master's studies, Han taught piano and accompanied various ensembles, choirs, and instrumentalists. She also lectured on the topic of “applying Tai Chi into piano playing”, which was highly praised by her colleagues and students.
Beyond her mastery of the piano, Han also has a talent for playing several Chinese traditional instruments such as the erhu, flute, and gourd cucurbit. However, the piano remains her ultimate passion. Her performance effortlessly blend classical and modern styles with a velvety and dynamic tonality that can evoke both stormy and serene emotions. Her interpretive skills reveal her knowledge and expertise, as her fingers glide effortlessly on the keys, capturing the essence of each piece and leaving listeners mesmerized.
Through organizing piano solo concerts both domestically and internationally, Han works to develop meaningful connections between teachers and students, receiving recognition and numerous accolades in the process. As a result of her instruction, her students have gone on to receive awards at various national and international piano competitions.
